WHAT IS THE AURIA JOURNAL?
The Auria Journal is a digital and print publication telling the real stories behind the people and projects restoring nature across the British Isles and carefully chosen global regions. Every key article supports the conservation work it features—50% of every subscription goes directly to those causes, helping protect endangered species, threatened habitats, and priority ecosystems.
WHAT DO I GET AS A MEMBER?
As a member, you receive three digital Field Journals each month, plus a seasonal Despatch newsletter with updates from the projects you’re supporting. Premium members also receive our limited edition long-form printed magazine each quarter.
WHERE DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION GO?
50% is donated directly to the grassroots charities and restoration projects featured in our key stories—those working across critical classifications such as endangered species protection and habitat regeneration. The other 50% funds the creation of the Journal itself: field research, interviews, photography, writing, filmmaking, and the platform that brings it all to life.
WHAT KINDS OF CAUSES DO YOU SUPPORT?
We focus on high-impact ecological work—from rewilding moorlands and regenerating native woodlands to protecting red-listed wildlife and restoring fragile aquatic and marine systems. We call these our key causes, with every project chosen for its measurable impact, its relevance to classified conservation needs, and its power to inspire.

Your subscription supports a growing, diverse portfolio of carefully selected projects—each aligned with recognised conservation classifications and regional impact strategies—spreading your contribution further with every story.
HOW DO YOU FIND AND VET YOUR PARTNERS?
We build direct relationships with the people behind the work. We research, interview, and often visit projects in the field to understand their real-world impact—particularly on priority species and habitats. Only then do we feature them in the Journal and begin channeling member support toward their efforts.
HOW OFTEN DO NEW CAUSES GET ADDED?
Regularly. We’re always seeking out new key projects doing vital work, so your impact grows month by month. Our portfolio is constantly expanding—and you’ll be kept up to date through the stories we share.
